Disìo is a certified BIO Extra Virgin Olive Oil that contains a very low acidity level, lightly bitter and spicy, with notes of green tomatoes, artichoke, almond and walnut.
Disìo is an Extra Virgin BIO Olive Oil that is obtained directly from our olives, exclusively by our mechanical procedures involving cold extraction.
The olive groves are located in Lingualossa, in contrada Valle Galfina. It is an extra virgin olive oil that fully represents 200 years’ worth of family tradition.
