Etna Rosso is an excellent wine made from a careful selection of our finest grapes picked from our eldest vineyard that has been surrounding our estate since 1815. It’s a dry wine, with warm robust notes and a soft, smooth flavour.Pairings: main courses of red meat and game, long-aged cheeses.

Vinification and Ageing: Traditional red wine vinification carried out in steel vats at a controlled temperature. The alcoholic fermentation is carried out using carefully selected indigenous yeasts.
The maceration is 10-12 days long. Refinement takes place in French Oak barriques and tonneaux, partly new, for 18-24 months. After bottling, the wine remains in the bottle for at least 18 months.
Organoleptic Data: ruby red colour with mahogany reflections, the aroma is intense and complex, the taste is powerful yet elegant and holds notes of plum, rosemary and cinnamon; with well-integrated tannins, the overall taste is delicate yet persistent.
