Etna Bianco is an excellent wine made from a careful selection of our finest grapes picked from our eldest vineyard that has been surrounding our estate since 1815. This is one of our most delicate wines that holds a fruity yet intense aroma, boasting notes of orange blossom and Etna broom.Fish Appetizers both Raw and Cooked, Fish-based first courses, White Meats.

Vinification and Ageing: Traditional white-wine vinification carried out in steel vats at a controlled Temperature “sur lies” until June. The alcoholic fermentation is carried out using carefully selected yeasts.
Organoleptic Data: straw yellow colour, with complex aromas, carrying hints of Etna broom and citrus fruits; the taste is rich, with a good organoleptic balance and very persistent.
Recommended Serving Temperature: 8-10°C
