Valle Galfina Etna Rosso is a wine with a bright ruby red colour, a fine yet intense aroma and a soft, round and well-balanced tannic flavour.

Vinification and Ageing: Traditional red wine vinification carried out in steel vats at a controlled Temperature (25-30°C). The alcoholic fermentation is carried out using carefully selected indigenous yeasts. The maceration is managed with periodic punching down through a special mechanical device placed inside the tank. The duration of the maceration is 8-10 days. Ageing takes place in French oak barrels with a capacity of between 30 and 50 hl for 15-20 months. After bottling, the wine remains in the bottle for at least 6 months.
Organoleptic Data: ruby red colour, an elegant aroma, with notes of small red fruits and herbs, the taste is balanced, ample and pleasantly tannic.
