Alta Quota

The Alta Quota is a garnet-ruby red wine, with a complex aroma, having both balsamic and spicy hints. A full bodied, dry palate, elegant and well balanced, it’s notable acidity gives the wine a considerable freshness.

Vinification technique Long maceration, temperature controlled fermentation with indigenous yeast.
Maturation 10-12 months in oak barrels.
Refinement In bottles for 24 months.
Colour: Light ruby red with orange hues.
Sensorial Characteristics Complex and intense, balsamic hints.
Taste Dry , warm, robust and elegant, pleasantly acid and fresh.
Alcoholic grade 14 % Vol.
Recommended with Red meat, roasts, game and mature cheeses.
