The 1815 Etna White is produced from grapes carefully selected from the old vineyards that surround the cellar founded in the year 1815, of which the carved lava stone commemorates the first vintage. This wine, delicate, intense, rich, has hints of orange blossom and Etna broom.

Climate Typical of Etna area ,with notable difference in temperatures between day and night.
Terrain Volcanic soil, rich in minerals.
Altitude 650 m s.l.m
Grape varieties Carricante 80% – Catarratto 20%.
Grape yield: 35 q.li/Ha
Average age of vines 65 years old.
Vinification technique Cryomaceration, the grapes are then soft pressed prior to fermentation at controlled temperature.
Refinement In bottles for 12 months.
Colour Intense yellow with a golden hue.
Sensorial Characteristics Delicate, fruity, intense, rich with hints of orange blossom and Etna broom.
Taste Dry , fresh, well balanced, sapid and pleasantly acid, long and persistent with flavours of white pulp fruit.
Alcoholic grade 14 % Vol.
Recommended with Elaborated fish dishes, white meats, fresh cheeses.
Recommended serving temperature 12 – 14 °C.
